I have completely lost faith in the writers for Heroes, as it seems that their credibility has been lowered to that of 6 year olds with ADD. The so called 'twists' that have been presented In this season are just terrible, and the acting has plummeted to a point where even my previous favorite (Zachary Quinto) no longer seems to be able to make this shit script work for himself. I understand that the writing strike had something to do with this, but there Is only so much that you can chalk up to that before boiling down to the real point - Heroes Is dying, a slow, agonizing death - and the writers along with Tim Kring seem to be encouraging it's demise.

It was obivious after the eclipse that they would get back their powers.

But I think point of the eclipse was test people to see if they were still hero without their power and reveal other revelation to people.

I do agree that acting went down alot and I think the direction of some episodes are way off, writing not so sure about it yet, but I think some1 is not directing it right at all.......But I heard volume 4 called fugitive is supposed to be the reboot for the show. http://www.heroestelevision.com/

Quinto acts best when doing bad sylar and thankfully the proper Sylar is back. He's the final villain IMO.

I couldn't agree more with this statement. I was bored with the goody two shoes Sylar, and am so glad he is seems to be going back to his old self. No one in the series is more evil than evil Sylar.

I'm also anxiously waiting for Peter to get his powers back. I could see Sylar vs. Peter as the final battle. I think it would reek of awesomeness. How either would kill the other, though, I have no idea.

Okay, I'm not quite sure what to think of Volume 4 so far after reading Bones link. (+thanks) Sylar The Hunter? this leads me to think that either Tim Kring is beginning to realize that Sylar is possibly the most popular character on the show, or that they are trying to recreate the success of Season One by replicating the scenario of Sylar going after the Heroes. Depending on the answer to this will really decide on my feelings to this turn of events....Not to mention that Volume 4 starts Episode 13 of Season 3, which begs the question - What happens to suddenly to make Sylar become a spec ops like agent?

I'll have to reserve my opinion on this until more information Is leaked...

I couldn't agree more with this statement. I was bored with the goody two shoes Sylar, and am so glad he is seems to be going back to his old self. No one in the series is more evil than evil Sylar.

So far the proper Sylar and Peter have been held back, making the show not as good, but Peter will get his powers back, and Sylar will do his usual thing.

No more elle either.....i was kinda hoping he didn't kill her but he added the crispy part.....

The scenes in the office where priceless i laugh my butt off.....uhh cake?!?!?....lol

I guess peter is gonna need those powers back if his going to take on sylar. Now there's only one supervillain sylar. I still don't get how arthur is dead. I mean he had healing powers to and haitian powers were off, so what gives?....so those that means sylar can be killed to? Something is off here!!

The haitian role was little bigger this time in the story.

And how sadder can hiro get? Unless they add a new time traveler hiro is pretty much done for.

I think Hiro fails at life for the most part . I like him and all, but he sure does seem to help the bad guys more often than not (even though it's unintentional). After his talk with his mom, I thought, is Hiro going to become bad ass? No more than 5 minutes later he fails in his mission to protect the catalyst. I was laughing my ass off.

Dammit Peter, get your powers back all ready . Then you can save Hiro (if he gets back all of the abilities he absorbed as well). I thought he was going to get them back there at the end when that light was coming out of Arthur's "dead" body. I was waiting for the cut on his face to heal to signify he got his powers back, but that moment never came . Oh well, at least Sylar is definitely back.

I think that It's perhaps time that Heroes received a cast review, with new hirings and a couple of firings....A couple examples of the latter being:

Milo Ventimiglia (Peter Petrelli): Sure, Peter was a very large focus of Season One and essentially the "main protagonist" of S1. Though three Seasons pass and this whining, emotional, backass, brain-dead and mind numbingly uninteresting character has just become grating. What Isn't helping is that as an actor is seems Milo is becoming worse from his lack of growth since breaking out in Season One, In my opinion it's time to let this little birdie fly the coop for bluer skies.

Adrian Pasdar (Nathan Petrelli): I think that Adrian Pasdar is the cruel victim of a bad script and poor character development, because he is a very decent actor overall. His character Is nearly as brain-dead as his brother, and has been utterly convinced of the uselessness of his power since Season One...which doesn't invoke confidence from viewers. They need to either do something drastically different with this character, or kill him off.

Greg Grunberg (Matt Parkman): Parkman has got to go. He falls Into the same category as Milo, in that his acting is just getting worse over time. The naivety of this character was amusing In Season One, but now has just got ridiculous. If I knew someone who believed they were in love after a person they don't know from Africa told them they were, I would cease to want to know this person. Axe this character.

Ali Larter (Nikki Sanders/Tracy Strauss): I'm still quite not sure about what the point of the "powered triplets" concept Is, but keeping eye candy like Ali Larter around for more than one Season was just a really bad idea. The super powered, sexy, single mother concept was mildly interesting but the super powered, sexy, idiotic and manipulative congresswoman secretary is even worse. Find a better piece of eye candy.

Hayden Panettiere (Claire Bennet): Hayden Is one of the best examples as to why actors shouldn't date one another, especially cast members. Her acting ability seems to be degrading to the level of her boyfriend, Milo Ventimiglia...which is beginning to grate on nerves. I'm sick of this "save the cheerleader" shit, just let it go.

As for the new Episode, I thought that it went in a much better direction than at least the past three episodes. Sylar Is back where he needs to be, Pinehurst Is shaping up to be the organization we saw In the future in "I am Become Death" and they finally define what the 'Catalyst' Is. Overall, this Episode finally accomplished something worthwhile without raising speculation over whether or not the writers are purposely killing the series. Thumbs up.

My my, I do agree with you on all especially the tracey one. Ali Larter was very interesting in the first season, especially her bond with Maicah (who is sorely missed), but now she is a shallow character who is not interesting whatso ever.

Matt had his pique in the second season and it was kickass when he got his developed powers but now he is bla bla bla...

I always disliked Peter, so I can't comment on that.

though it is refreshing to see Sylar again, and I am hoping for a Hiro comeback. He was the only one getting things done, stabbing sylar, trapping Adam, going back and forth to warn everyone, etc...

Claire, she does have potential as a character but the storyline sucks so no wonder she is still the cheerleader...

So all that rant is because you want to change the characters?

Why not cancel heroes and create a new show......is probably better!!

I say the main problem here was arthur petrelli's uber power. I mean the guy was invincible i still don't grasp how could gabriel kill him with just one bullet. Plus the guy see the future, had better mastery of the time travelling powers than peter or hiro. I think it was too messed up. A villain with so much power it shouldn't have any boundaries. He could have done so many things, travel back in time and stop angela from getting her memories back, save himself from being paralized, he could have done some many things that the lack of actions from his found lacking(by the writers side). Although peter had all those abilities he never found a way to actually mastered them.....so even if he was powerful he was limited, which was more believable, when he made limited actions he would make.

why didn't you like it? they closed the chapter and are ready to move on.....although in the next half of the season i'm expecting to see the sentinels rounding up mutants i mean heroes....:P

I totally loved it!!!

This last episode, sylar really out did himself with the mind games....i loved it!!!

Uuuuhh and at last peter got his powers back...well at least copy part....too bad there's no time traveler around, that will keep him grounded for a while. although he just needs to stick around sylar, and he will have his arsenal back exept for the timetraveling part. lol...jaja....if he copies ando's powers and amplify his, i wonder what will happen?....will he copy everybodies powers in a whole state?

To bad peter didn't copy the haitian's brother's power....that would have been sweet.

Could it be that mohinder managed to free himself from the monster transformation or this is just part of it.....

Sad to say this but i never thought nathan would turn evil like this....kinda like is a total different person. could it be that arthur made a switch at certain point?....hmph...

This finale was rather anti-climatic, but at least it's only 2 1/2 months before new episodes. I have to say the set up for the next season seems very awesome. I'm looking forward to it.

On the episode, now. Yay, Peter got his powers back. We all know Sylar will be back. Ando finally has powers . My main question is about Hiro. With the formula "destroyed," how will he get his powers back?

To bad peter didn't copy the haitian's brother's power....that would have been sweet.

I've always wondered if that's possible.

The Sylar part was amazing as well as Meridith, I love the whole 'over-load on powers' that Elle and Meridith had...But the others, it seemed so random idk.

I mean gabriel is sylar again, peter got his powers back, hiro is a nobody now, who knows what mohinder shall become now, obama is creating concentration camps for people with powers...

Somebody has been reading to much x-men comics or rising star.

Just pop in a couple sentinels.....and this thing will get way cooler!!!
