Thank god they changed Asta's voice actor from the ova. It was awful. Yuno's was fine but don't know if they changed it or not. How often do they change voice actors for a character? I heard once you get the role of a character's vc you get contracted to them for life or something like that. Guess that info was false now.

Also Boruto is animating the Scarlet Spring arc, the one about Sarada. Don't know if anyone mentioned that yet. The current arc just ended with Ep. 14.

I don't know where you heard about that, but this doesn't disprove anything. The OVA is a totally separate entity from the Anime series. One Piece also had a OVA and it changed VA too. Luffy had another guy and it really strange right now to think that he could have ended sounding like that.

Anime is usually a step up from the OVA anyway. One of the cases where it wasn't was for Toriko since that OVA was animated by ufotable

Gintama's OVA was pretty good and even the same studio.

As for One Piece's OVA it didn't nail Oda's art-style but was fun for what it was. Never got around to watch HxH's OVA. Takeshi's OVA could use subs since it adapted some content from a spin-off.

From the way it looks Black Clovers anime may do pretty well once it starts airing I'm curious about how many episodes it will have along with the time in which it airs in japan.

Well only like 5 Jump series have ever got a single cour first season. Plus this is Pierrot, we can pretty much assume it'll be 2 or long running. Given they've waited so long before starting it, I reckon it'll probably be long running.

There's no doubt in my mind that it'll be at least 50 episodes. If it gets popular, maybe they'll extend it, but 50 is how I'm seeing it right now.

I'd probably be more excited if it wasn't in a season crowded by other great shows. Then again, March Comes in Like a Lion will likely outshine any show for me this year. Black Clover will probably be the only show I watch weekly from that season though. If I don't get bored like usual, that is.

I think (or at least hope) it could become something new for people to latch onto like they did with Naruto, however, the pacing is really quick in the manga so I know that hope is pretty much useless to have. Fights are solved too fast and you don't see anyone really training, unfortunately.

Not really the place to talk about it, but it's about a teenage professional shogi player, and it heavily deals with his bad mental state. The way S1 depicted depression blew me away. That's all I'll say. It's a must-watch in my book.

Stop responding to him. He lost his argument the second he implied that Oda never took a break for over 20 years or that no Jump artist had, he's just looking to get a rise off people that's all. All the more ironic that he's pointing the finger where the mabga he praises here had turned in unfinished work and had to take a break.

I never implied anything. I merely said that Oda "has the right" to take breaks after what? 10 years of serialization? Horikoshi has 3, it's not fair with other mangaka that are serialized longer tham him (Gintama, Souma, Haikyuu, etc) that barely (never?) had breaks. Black Clover is not on a "stupidity" black hole. But the same goes for it. If Tabata is unable to draw he should take a year hiatus as well. I'm no hypocrite =)
