Summary and Preview
"Golf." It originated from the 14th century of Scotland and golf is now a worldwide sport, with more than 50 million competitors around the globe. It's a "gentlemen's sport."
In Teirin Highs Shool, there is a mix of students who are, on one hand, elite sports players, and, on the other hand, a bunch of gangs. Sousuke Youki, called 'the predator,' is an undefeated master at fighting. Sousuke is very well known to the gangs in the local area, and he picks a fight so that he can get a ride to school, without being late. As he was finishing up a fight, Kazumi, a prodigy amateur golf player, took a look at Sousuke, ignored him, and walked right by.
Sousuke, interested in Kazumi, asks his friend about Kazumi's information in order to get revenge for being despised earier. However, Kazumi was actually thinking about Sousuke's arm strength, something that he has always wanted. Sousuke wanders onto the elite's playing field, the golf ground, and begins to make trouble. The coach, Tanikawa, who looks as much as a gangster as Sousuke, sees the potential in Sousuke's body and provokes Sousuke into taking a shot at golf. Tanikawa sets the standard of passing at 260-270 yards, the distance that Kazumi had just hit, as the passing mark. Everyone laughs at Sousuke's results, yet only the ones who play golf understands
