Summary and Preview
Kootetsu no Hana follows the story of the Shinsengumi and is focused mainly around two historically famous characters, Okita Souji and his superior Hijikata Toshizou. As the second in charge of the Shinsengumi, Hijikata is known throughout Japan as “the demon,” for his brutal tactics. Okita Souji looks up to Hijikata but there is something hidden deep inside Okita’s conscious. There is a monster growing inside him that wants to murder his mentor, Hijikata.
