Nozarashi*
*TN: Literally “weather-beaten” (left exposed to the elements). However, in Japanese, this can also mean “bleached bones, especially the skull”. In this sense, it is a symbol of death. Given that it’s Kenpachi, and also the manifestation of his reiatsu that appeared when he fought Ichigo way back when, I’d say this is the intended meaning.
