Text: ○When drawing a manuscript you need to be conscious of how easy to read (how good the rhythm) is. So at the under-sketch stage, once you've got 5 to 6 pages done, you'll wanna read them over and over again a few times. Then you can make any corrections there if they seem like they need it.
Okay, once the under-sketch is done, around when you're 7 ot 8 pages into inking the characters, it's finally time for the assistants to take the stage. They do stuff like draw backgrounds, the fill-in inking, and all the other finishing touches for manuscript pages you've penned. Once you get to this point, you're just about done with the manuscript. Right now at my studio, I've only got 2 assistants, making the place lonely as an arctic tundra, but I suppose the more people you've got there the more tension there can be, so I've got pretty high efficiency in my workplace. In that way, assistants are pretty important.
