Translator's Note: Yes, its sort of obvious now: Combat Blues is a pervert. Obsessed with porn, guided by two eye-candy sweeties in swimsuits...but that's what makes him entertaining. Of course, outside his weirdness, this chapter does bring up a point: how do two girls in swimsuits end up as block leaders for one of the most horrific eras of the Maruhage Empire!? I mean, considering their reputation you'd expect every one of them to be a monster...and yet all these two do is fawn and protect Combat Blues! My guess: somehow he sort of fast-tracked them into being Block Leaders to keep his position somehow. Besides, if they advertised every little thing about the 26 Block Leaders under Tsurulina the 3rd, their reputation would probably be in the gutter (as if it isn't already falling thanks to this guy). Of course, there is another weird thought about this chapter: is the Sangaria officially Bo-bobo, Don Patch and Beauty...or Bo-bobo, Don Patch and Torpedo Girl...or Bo-bobo, Beauty and Torpedo Girl? Sawai never really pointed that out, particularly since his comment of "one already selected"...as I see it, since Beauty is essentially the hostage of this fight and Don Patch was with her, Combat Blues assumed him as one of the Sangaria trio, with Bo-bobo as the second...and Torpedo Girl an unexpected third if you consider Beauty as a hostage and not a participant. Oh well, we're glad the torpedo is back and we'll see more of her next time.

BTW: Something I forgot to mention about the last chapter: what was the 7th Location of the Unexpected Phenomenon? If you count the countries they went to (Australia, US, New Zealand, Japan, India, Morocco), that's 6, not 7. My only explanation: that weird "Galaga moment" was the missing 7th Phenomenon...it's the only other thing those guys went through.
