Then I remembered that Nostrade was a a clear reference to Nostredamus (Which was also pointed out at me) and thinking about clear references that I did not realize in time I just understood the references about Jesus, Judas and the 12 apostles members of the spider. When He says that Judas is not a traitor it's high level of clever foreshadowing from Togashi.

I think togashi is the kind that really pay attention to names.He gives his characters a name that is related to their personality and what their speciality.
Speaking about judas and jesus,there was a fanart of the spiders on this.

Madhouse seem to ship this pair a lot while Nippon ship Kurapika x Leorio.
Gon and Killua are just FRIENDS ,madhouse.As if there ain't enough fanart of this already.

If they continued on with this segment until the election arc, I wonder would Alluka appeared in that segment ? I guess madhouse would probably make Gon and Alluka fight for Killua...

Are people really getting offended by these cuteness? They're just entertaining us (and informing at the same time) by demonstrating the introduced characters' ability and traits in every segment, it's so fun! I 'd like to see how they introduce Shizuku (who's gonna use a vacuum cleaner), or are they going to introduce the Shadow Beasts as individuals? I found myself looking forward to these, so whenever the episode was over I didn't feel as 'gotta-wait-another-week'...

But there's still the rest of volume 9 that happens before that and it would be disappointing that 45 would not have a battle after 44 tells us to get ready for one. So I think it should be a doouble entente. Preparing for Shadow Beasts vs Spiders. And the big fight. Kurapika vs Uvogin.

Up next is the end of Kurapika vs Ubo and the continuation of Gon's journey; chaps 84-mid85 and maybe some bits of the previous ones. The part with GR worrying about Ubo could be moved to the end of the ep for it to end more nicely.

I want the flashbacks in the fight. I think they add to the story. Also I want the Kurapika vs Uvogin fight episode to end with Emperor Time.

Either A) Madhouse screwed up at one of the two scenes B) he just went along with what Kurapika said (after all, why reveal your Nen type like that?)... or C) It was a mistranslation.

I know he is an Emitter in the manga. I just said that because some people were saying that that was MH's way of "fixing" his type. It was weird of them to have Kurapika guess wrong when he guesses right in the manga.

He's both.

Shachmono Tocino is primarily an Emitter.
This is shown by him emitting the Eleven Thankless Heroes.

However he also manipulates them. So he's also a Manipulator.
Compare him to Franklin who doesn't seem to require much of
any manipulation in his Emission ability with nen bullets.

So Kurapika was half right.

Tocino IS a manipulator. But that's only half the story.

Tocino can learn Emission to 100%. He can learn Enhancer and Manipulator abilities to 80%. 40% efficient with conjuration.
His ability Eleven Thankless Children combines Emitter and Manipulator abilities. 60% efficient as a Transmuter and 0% efficient as a specialist.

Kurapika caught on to the Manipulator abilities. But not the fact that Tocino is an emitter.
Actually thinking about it, it makes sense that Kurapika would think he's a manipulator
because Kurapika was talking about controlling the aura that Tocino was using.
In a way it doesn't really matter if Tocino emitted the aura or not because
he was clearly controlling it and that was the real issue. Who was controlling
the thankless children to attack the employees..and therefore who was the plant.

So I do not think it is a mistake but rather a clarification of Tocino's abilities
because simply saying he's a Emitter does not explain why he was able
to control the Eleven Assistants: Thankless Heroes

Kurapika guessed the wrong primary type for Tocino. But was correct in that Thankless Heroes uses Manipulation abilities.
The point of the scene is Kurapika figuring out that Thankless Heroes were aura controlled by someone in the group--Tocino.
Someone in the group, was the infiltrator, and they were ordering the Thankless Heroes to attack the group. Kurapika
figured out that it was Tocino's ability. So Kurapika is FAR from dumb.

Also given how Kurapika never actually saw Tocino emit the thankless heroes it seems kinda strange that
he would be able to guess he was emitter. It's not like Franklin where it's rather obvious that the nen bullets
are emitted from his finger tips.

So...after analyzing it. I actually approve of this change.
