Good doctor using orphans for experiments confirmed. That's pretty dark... It also explains how he met Deku, it was probably was of his clinics, and Inko went to one of the best specialists in the country for consultations.

What's the chances that a few of Ujiko's clinics have morgues in them and Tomura's family's remains probably ended up in one of these morgues which would explain how AFO got Tomura's family's hands, how AFO which hands belong to which family members, and how AFO knew Tomura killed his family.

I hope the heroes save those children by the end of the arc and Deku being quirkless is what saved him from Ujiko turning into a nomu and when Ujiko said he wanted to turn remodel Tomura he wanted to turn him into a nomu.

Wouldn't be too surprised if he was going to turn Bakugou into a Noumu if AM hadn't ambushed them at the right time.

Bakugou was lucky All Might showed up when he did or else Bakugo would have had a fate worst then death and if AFO didn't find Tomura when he did Tomura would have ended up in one of Ujiko's orphanages.

Well, you saw what Tomura’s quirk did to his body, didn’t you? His quirk is a double-edged weapon.

I thought, but could this not be the confirmation of the old theory when All For One chose Tomura as his successor because he wanted to steal his body?

Which Qurik is not double-edged weapon?

It makes the characters much more manageable.

Well, hello there, Orochimaru...

Which Qurik is not double-edged weapon?
Not to such extent! There is quite a difference between nausea, electrocution, diarrhea, etc. — and some serious permanent damage. The more powerful the quirk is, the more severe will be the recoil, for sure, but, lets say, Katsuki’s quirk kind of just hurts his joints, and some elbow and wrist supports perfectly counteract the recoil. The same goes for Izuku, after he learnt to distribute his power correctly.
While as for Tomura — I’m not sure whether there is a way of preventing the decay of his own skin and other tissues.

AFO isn’t going to steal Tomura’s body.

Tomura is becoming the doctor’s perfect nomu so he get AFO without going braindead which is likely the true propose of the nomus.

If it was his intention I think he could transfer AFO to someone else, but it's an assumption I see unlikely, an immortal guy like him why should he do that? More plausible that he decides to take the body of Tomura, suitably modified and enhanced.

It’s been hinted early on that Tomura was going to get AFO and Tomura can’t handle AFO in his current state without going braindead so becoming a nomu is the only way Tomura can safety use AFO.

I think AFO won't be on Shigaraki's side any more after he gets out of Tartarus. Their goals alligned up to "I want to kill All Might", but since the last arc they have different goals. AFO wanted to build a legacy, Shigaraki only wants to destroy everything.
With AFO hearing his little brother's voice I think he will offer (or force) his quirk to Deku, so that AFO can continue to live inside OFA with his little brother.

ok,considering the fact they get Deku's blood(during the provisory licence arc),so they have a sample of OfA,and in chapther 209 ,in the last page ,when Deku's other quirks started to awakening ,AllforOne said he could hear his own brother,so maybe he know about the conscience transfer properties of OneforAll,what if the Doctor is going to fuse this two quirks together somehow or just putting some properties of OneforAll in AllforOne,so Shigaraki could get all the stockpile power from his mentor, and AllforOne conscience could live through his own quirk,so even after death, he would live on Shigaraki or even take control of him if necessary(in a similar fashion of what Orochimaru tried to do with Sasuke),and would be fitting with AllforOne characther......giving away his quirk for a chance of eternal life virtually.....

Toga already used Deku’s blood during the Overhaul arc.

Toga used Dekus blood on the "save Eri arc" she (as him) pointed out where the bad guys are and Dragon lady smashed through the road to get underground, so nope they have no blood left. Besides OFA doesnt work like that, nothing will be in tha blood if the current user doesnt wish to pass on the power. The blood Toga had was just a drop of blood nothing more, mostly they wanted to use it in order to get close to AM so they can kill him off, but overhaul kinda destroyed that possibility.

the STOCKPILE power can only be pass by the current user wish, but the function of transfer and stockpile still there, just like when Monoma tried to copy OFA,he got the function, but didnt get any power, since he didnt have any stockpile power to use,and the current user didnt pass that,so aplying a similar function over AFO would be really powerfull

But... that is largely irrelevant to my point. Sure, bakugo is growing through some sort of character development. But that doesn't change that his every interaction with virtually every character in the series is nonsense. However much development bakugo gets, it won't change the fact that the entirety of it was contingent on him consistently acting like an unhinged lunatic and people specifically not treating him as such. It's been 250 chapters by now, no amount of development can change the fact that bakugo has been an unhinged jackass to virtually everyone and people's reaction to that are nonsense. The solution to that isn't merely character development for bakugo but rather have people react to bakugo in ways that make sense.... have having bakugo suffer the consequences of it (which up to this point in the series the closest we have seen to that is bakugo failing his provisional license exam.... which is immediately undone by the fact that bakugo continues to act like a jackass).
Well, let me shed some light to you. I had a professor in university day who is exactly like Bakugou. He's not the friendliest person in the world, yelled at the students 80% of times, even fellow professors didn't hang out with him too much.
Yet we all respected him because he had the skills and wisdom. We still went to him for guidance even though we knew he might not treat us very nicely. He is brutally honest, won't sugarcoat things, and that's what we like about him.
People like Bakugou do exist and being admired for a reason.
