Don't wanna diminish this amazing accomplishment nor look like a hater but LMAO those coloured pages/covers look so bad

You should have looked at some early chapters when they came out... at some point they were only concept art... which is why i didnt liked this arc at first.

But the end was such a payoff its just awesome. My GF only wanted to watch hxh because she saw an AMV with Meruem and Komugi. This arc is for me what is awesome about hxh. Deep characters with dark sides to all of them. Really strong creativity with abilities and how they work against each other and many emotions.

The anime is also straight on point how it delivers the plot. The moment Gon snaps... man.

And jeah thanks @Faust maybe Mephisto will let you keep your soul after all.

I love Shin and Sei reuniting to defend the city so much. I could read those chapters every week.

Great choice and I am happy it is close to the Top 10. Almost chose it simply because it was my first exposure to One Piece as a 10-year-old. Even remember that it was the Episode where Ace gets first introduced.

Same here, mostly. Alabasta was the current arc where I jumped on. I liked One Piece before that. But, this arc made me a fan for life.
