Mashima commented on the video on Twitter :

"I was sent a video of foreign blacksmiths (?) making Erza’s sword and armor. It’s amazing! I’m impressed! (source)"

That really is a good move. I had trouble to keep track on Spoiler(s) long back but it is a lot easier now. Back in those days when I am not a member, this FT subforum was not much active as it is now. So that really is a wise move to separate threads into two.

I do not get why do people say Hiro Mashima won't kill a character? How about Simon, Rob, Ur, etc?

My guess is people are wanting a death from within the Fairy Tail guild itself, rather than those who are close to a character from in the guild. I don't want a death in FT, it just doesn't sit well with how I think the manga is.

Meredy's Magic allows her to make people feels the pain of other people without taking the wound. But if one of the linked persons dies, the other person also dies.
I wonder, if it is possible for Meredy to kill Acnologia with it. She has just link him with anybody (Alvarez fodder e.g.) and kill this other person. Acnologia should die, too.

And why'd you say that. True as Makarov said Erza is young and she is inexperienced and it is very unlikely she would become guild master but I do believe she has a fair chance. At least a better chance than Natsu.

Her plan for Avatar was a bloody travesty that achieved jack shit not to mention it needlessly put Juvia at risk. She was also UNABLE to keep Lumen histoire a secret from Natsu and CO not noticing that they followed her until too late. She is not Guild Master material by any stretch of the imagination.

So, she's made some mistakes. Very stupid ones. Everyone does. You're only concentrating on all the mistakes she's made. What about everything good she's done. She's the one who risked her life to save the guild. She's the one who prepared to sacrifice her own life to save her other guildmates/friends. And if I remember correctly a guild master should protect its guild and that's basically what Erza did.

Assuming, Meredy´s magic could bypass Acnologia huge amount of magic resistance, it could be possible, mainly case the spell seems very hard to be resisted and Works with quite the efficacy, though it should only be possible for Meredy to do such a thing on Acno with FH in her possession, cause Acno is pratically imune to magic spells applied from wizards with a limited resource of magic power cap on him, when compared to his own magic power cap, it exists a huge gap (plus he can go dragonform which in turn proves that he already reached and surpassed the strongest dragons in terms of power, speed magic power source cap, dragonforce, strength and in magic resistance as well). This seems to be confirmed at least by August´s perspective, the guy that has a superior number of spellcasting skills than Zeref himself, especifically states that with FH maybe they can take down Acno, case of the unlimited magic source, it has.
