So, I know that there are a few events on the Fairy Tail forums. Like One Piece forums have tournaments while Fairy Tail has awards?

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but the Fairy Tail Awards are annual right?

Any idea when the Fairy Tail Awards 2016 will start?

And if there aren't going to be anymore, then thats fine too, I was just curious.

Yes they are. The awards will be held later on in the year but there'll be an event before that, within the next few months.

Kissanime has it as its own thing, so I'm guessing it'll be branched off from the actual series.

Fairy tail zero is its own arc in the 2014 anime. There's no point in branching it off considering it was just 13 chapters.

I'm not sure but I think Zero would have its own arc in Fairy Tail 2014. It's not a very long story so I doubt it'd be a difference branch

To be honest , i did not understand anything of fairy tail time line
i mean grandiny paroles ,and zeref too he talk about 400 years ago
and how is natsu and all other ds was a childrens 400 years ago
and somehow with lyla help and eclipse : dragons and their slayers move into 7 april x777
i didn't understand this !! so please explain fairy tail time line to me !! :'(

Grandeeny is a dragon and is dead in this timeline however, there's an alternate timeline which is edolas. Edolas had alternate versions of those in this timeline. For instance, mystogan was Jellal's Edolas counterpart. Grandeeny in the edolas timeline is Porlyusica but she's living in this timeline.

For the other part, the current DS who were taught by dragons (Natsu, Sting, Rogue, Gajeel, Wendy) are from 400 years ago. The dragons and Zeref decided to send these 5 into the future. Anna opened the eclipse gate in that time while Layla opened it in this time. Basically they time travelled from the past.

Hello! @Holt @SirSamuel016 and everyone else.

There's something that has been on my mind for very long and I want to share it now.

As per the other Dragons and our own experience, Igneel when at his full, orginal strength could have defeated Acnologia yet he DIDN'T defeat Acnologia 400 years ago when he was at full power. Even when he had little power he fought pretty much toe-to-toe to him and Acnologia exclaimed that Igneel was a remarkable enemy in a way that implied that it was the first time they had fought. And we know that ALL the Dragons (Incl. Igneel) were Half-dead.

There arises a interesting point here,
If Acnologia never fought Igneel, then Who is responsible for "half-killing" Igneel?
Could it be that it has something to do with Natsu?
Even though the Dragons said it was Acnologia, it could be different in at least the case of Igneel. Maybe they tried to hide it for some reason. (E.g. Keeping Natsu from getting hurt.)

P.S. Of course, There can be some other reasonfor this stuff but I like my theory most, Prolly cuz its my theory.

Anyone else notice how Dimaria's sword looked like a piece of the inifinity clock? It would be interesting if it had a time control element to it, but I still think dimaria is a wind type.

Right now it's hard to say, but it seems all of Fairy Tail members trained and got a lot stronger, the Strauss' siblings (Lis and Mira) stated that they trained hard. So Elfman should be lots more powerful using Beast Soul.

Mirajane still seems ahead of Elfman, while Lisanna to me is definitely the weakest.

I'm not actually sure of what happened back then (it's so long since I remember that chapter) but I was under the impression Elfman couldn't control the takeover and that is why it went berserk. How it was able to beat out Mira I can't recall.

I have been wondering... how or when exactly did the council loose ethereon? IIRC mest thought the gang was at risk of getting bombed by it during the grimmoire heart events. Which would imply ethereon is still a thing. So... where is it now?

On another note... Going back through the grimmoire heart events the point was made that hades wanted the ultimate world of magic. And he also had the keys of zeref... I am thinking all of that relates to misinterpretations of what would be history to hades. As in, he found clues of zeref's life but without context he misinterpreted them and came to the wrong conclusions. The past few chapters have elaborated on zeref's past. What struck a nerve is the bit about him sending natsu and the others to a world with more ethernano and how the dragon slayers were sent to the future via eclipse. The world of magic which hades thought zeref was going to create was the world after the ethernano had recovered. And the keys of zeref were a misinterpretation of the role celestial spirits play on bringing the kids to the future. Zeref being sealed is probably a misinterpretation of zeref simply waiting for natsu to appear.

I can't quite remember but etherion should still exist. I think the issue was that Jackal and the demon gates wiped out the original magic council and the knowledge/workings of etherion (perhaps its location or so) went with them. If the knowledge didn't die with them, perhaps Hyberion and the others might know about it. Not really sure

Ahh, you are right... It was tartarus who neutralized ethereon. I forgot about that detail. That turned out to be a much bigger deal than expected. Funny how weak the magic council was in terms of actual power and in terms of structure.
