He goes into every arc stronger than he was the arc before, in other words, he's surpassing himself, there's no way he'll remain at the same level of being unable to move after using gear4.
He's getting a lot of real experience and is becoming proficient in the use of haki, so how is it bs that he's getting better at using g4?.
