Eh, just because it has a ponytail doesn't mean it's female. Just have to wait and see.

Lolz. if u check my answers and wont take partial phrases, you may notice that silhouette is actually female - legs, waist etc.
With last phrase I just addressed to correct silhouette. That's all.

P.S. Actually I don't think that "ponytail" thing is actually hair. I think it's something another.

That's the silhouette image. It's hard to tell if that pony-tailed person is male or female.

I think number 11 is Jacob, number 8 is Neinheart, and number 10 is Irene.

10: Eileen (the big cape)
8/12 : bradman and neinhart (can't tell which number belongs to these two)/ keep in mind that Mashima changed some spriggan design as the story was written

Can't see how 9 is Neinhart at all... I think 9 is the last unknown one cause that literally looks nothing like neinhart, even the pony tail is much thicker. I think 8 is Irene, 10 is Bradman, 11/12 are probably Jacob and Neinhart's inital design, Hiro obviously changed up some of the 12s designs so it's hard to make out

9 is Neinhart because of the hair first off. And the clothing.

No.6 is August indeed.He is carrying the staff August carries and behind is protruding things in his head like August.

Zeref is not a Spriggan. He leads them, however.

Most of them by their design, personality and magic. August and Irene also by hype though.

It's definitely absurd. Neinhart never had any kind of tentacles or extra arms in any his silhouettes.
We had suggested long time ago # 8 could be him because we thought his name refer to some kind of beast (= so tentacles).

Now, it's without any % of doubt, # 8 is Irene.

I think 10 is Bradman (more muscular, massive guy), 12 is Jacob.
Also I think these "shoulder pauldrons" are left one (part of # 10 body), right one ( # 10 staff or something like it).

How would you rank the Spriggan Twelve based on who you like the most?

1-August : Ok from all Spriggans that we have i'm the most interested into this old geezer backstory ( same as Irene i think ) and why does he follow Zeref with the knowledge he acquired in his long life..He seems that he was waiting for Ragnarok ( Dragon King Festival ) also he recognized Acnologia in his human form ( they had to meet in past :P).The king of Magic i'm somehow waiting for August to show what he is capable off we should remember that magic can be either defensive and support so we may see also high level magic from that schools.

2-Invel : cold and calculating personality ( or at least it seems that way so far ) best design among the spriggan so far for me simple yet epic .

3-Wahl : We all love psycho characters sometimes() Design that gives away his crazy personality from a mile ahead + interesing Magic i was always wonder if he able to create something else thanks to his ( i will use Kagura words ) Alchemy

4-Bloodman ( with mask if this is a mask ) : Design ,design,design !! ok did i mention design ?:P this guy design just giving out that he don't F..k around
I wonder how will he look with mask off ( if this is really a mask ) also one of the magic i wanted to see asap as he appeared still only speculation about that ( soon it will have change :P).

5-Irene:Mix of Erza , Kagura and Hermione it has to work ( ).. i'm not that interesed in her atm so far she only got this place because of connection with Erza and what can she bring in the story.


6-the rest so far ( yeah i'm lazy :P) well special mention to Neinhart " Historia Of Development"

That would be my list up to chapter 483 it may change in the future depends what more we get in this war
