It'd be lovley that they were twins but I think she is older than Erza. I mean, she looks older than her. Her body, her facial expression or face, she seems to be experienced (whatever that means)... but who knows.
think about it though yo... Erza was froze in time for 7 years so it's plausible they could be. If we going off straight chronological age she would be 27 (19 +8 year combined timeskips) so it's not hard to believe Irene is that age

The last paragraph backs my belief that the 12s are literally not really "bad guys".. they're actually simliar to how Fiore functions, except with the miltaries and stuff. The 12s just go with the flow and follow through with Zeref's orders (most of the time). They have everyday interactions like we would have. In 484 Randi mentioned how her Irene don't really talk much (makes sense cause she's one of the newer 12 and she's probably always M.I.A) but she knew August since she was a kid... I like how the 12s are like all of varying ages and stuff, makes it feel like a regal or royal lineage to become one or something. Might be why these guys are my favorite "villains" after OS

Don't forget that Erza did not age for 7 years. I like this idea more since the mother/father stories have already been used on Lucy/Natsu/Grey and this eould be refreshing.
But, to be honest, Irene looks too young to be Erza's mother. Erza was born 26 years ago (she's 19 + 7 years in "frozen") so Irene should be ca. 45 years old, but she looks like 30. I think Irene is Erza's sister or something more complitated like Erza from different dimesion/different time.
We can agree on an older (or even twin) sister, but I don't think she's Erza. I mean her attitude is way too different from Erza (even Edolas' Erza was just Erza, just evil, until she came to the good side)
I'd say that Bradman's the hax for Team North, his MBP and curses were flat out massacring any who opposed him (bar Nakama Tail). That being said, I think Lacarde is going to be a hybrid if he's supposed to be facing the remaining Northern Forces, if he's still there anyway.
Really? IMO Irene have a really bland look... nothing special about her appearance... she look... common .I agree. If I were them I'd just bow down to the goddess that has appeared before me like damn

). But i'm more about power. Say what you want about Irene but no one has seen what she's really capable of. She's hailed as on par with August (who everyone hyped as godly) she carries the title of the Scarlet Despair so she's done things to earn her reputation. Universe one was the first time she used that particular spell so i'm pretty sure her hype is not based on that. The only problem I think most have with her was her treatment of Acnologia lol. Personally I like a girl that stands up for herself and has a little attitude not bow under OP men. Yeah she'll probably die but she ain't no punk.

Zeref could create another Bradman. And Gajeel being in the underworld makes sense. Due to the fact that Zera is there, or maybe he is in Mavis's heart.
