I think he is not a Zeref's demon as all of Zeref's demons have instinct to kill Zeref (see Natsu) and have etherious form. Bradman never said his Third Seal is his etherious form. He also didn't have instinct to kill Zeref. I guess he is pure demon like demons Mira took over before Tartaros arc (Sitri etc).

Interesting question.
Contrary to popular belief, there's really no reason to believe that Bradman is a Demon from the Books of Zeref. I think, like the demons from Galuna Island, he's a natural resident of the Underworld.
The answer lies in what happened after he was defeated.

Spoiler: Bradman's death

Once Gajeel killed Bradman, he immediately was sent back to the Underworld. And was going to drag Gajeel along with him.
If he really was a demon from the Book of Zeref, this shouldn't have happened. Reason being, in the Tartaros arc, we saw what happens once the demons from Zeref's Book die. Jackal committed suicide, and his body was immediately sent back to Hell's Core. Tempesta also committed suicide after losing to Laxus, and went back to Hell's Core as well. Ezel was killed by FACE's explosion, and also went back to Hell's Core. That was like a revival point for them. Once Hell's Core was destroyed by Mirajane however, this is what happened to Tempesta after he was killed by Gray.

His body remained there. It didn't go anywhere. Then later on in the Alvarez arc, we saw this from Mirajane.

By 'all', she means the Nine Demon Gates, plus all the underling demons. Which would also include Tempesta. That's where the difference lies between Bradman and the other Demons from the Book of Zeref. If Bradman was really a demon, his body would have remained there after death. There would be no need for it to go back to the Underworld.
TLR: Bradman is a natural resident of the Underworld. Zeref recruited him by deciding to take a walk there.
Alternatively, if he wanna explain this using mythology terms, when Bradman was fighting Gajeel, he said that he leads souls to the Underworld.
Bradman is like the Ferryman to Hell (Charon). I'm assuming his curse allows him to channel power from the underworld, specifically those bearing the mark of Tartaros. We've seen guild marks channel magic before so it's not unrealistic that they could channel curse power.
Also he is a servant of Zeref, who presumably holds power over all the demons of Tartaros. So it isn't beyond the realm of possibility that the reason he has these powers is tied to Zeref.

So are we ever gonna find out why God Serena turned against Ishgar? I really hope August explains it, as well as what he meant when he said God Serena is with him. Maybe "Hybrid Theory" is August's theory?

God Serena was arrogant like the other fodder spriggans and God Serena believed that he is strong enough to defeat Acnologia thats why he joined Zeref forces... God Serena is artificial human and August personal puppet

Well, I agree with you on Bradman not being an Etherious, mainly because of him not having that instinct to kill. As for what he actually is, I'm unsure as I originally had an idea that he was the result of a failed take-over - that is, a mage tried to take over Bradman but failed, but instead of outright failing, Bradman took over his body. This is why he looks more human pre-3rd Seal. This probably has some flaws in it (I made this theory pre-485 lol) but I thought it was cool at the time.

If we're going pure canon though, I'd say he's most likely a pure Demon. Being honest I am curious as to how old Bradman is, as his skill set would suggest pre-9DG (I think Zeref took inspiration from Bradman to create them). I'm also curious as to where Zeref found Bradman, as he talks about the Underworld as if it's an actually place, and Invel's dialogue backs this up as he says that's where the ice for his Rainment came from. Honestly with all of this being said I think that Bradman is likely the longest serving Spriggan, bar Irene and maybe August.

Since all the stuff with Dragon Slayer magic was defined, I felt more persuaded to think Bloodman doesn't use DeSM.

DSM - dragon power put into human. They can use DSM
DeSM - demon power put into human. They can use DeSM.

Bloodman fails the 'human' part. He's an etherious. He's got curse power. He used Ice devil's rage because that is a tech of the Ice devil. Igneel uses a roar, Natsu tries to mimic that with a FDK roar. But Igneel isn't a human, but it would be the same type of spell/technique.

Well I could be wrong on all that, Bloodman might be exceptional.

When they mention "He can use all of them!" (very rough paraphrasing XD) it is Silver's picture that appears along with the rest, so wouldn't that argue against Bradman not having DeS?

Gajeel also grouped Silver as a demon and that Silver used a curse. So I'm not sure how accurate Gajeel was being there (since he's probably in some shock). We know Silver isn't a demon, and that Silver used DeSM. I think his statement could be taken either way since he kinda implies that Silver is on face value a demon, which I think fits with the way slayer magic was explained by Irene.

DeSM is an odd one though. It's origins aren't explained like DSM, so I'm just cutting and pasting DSM to fill in the gaps for DeSM. Could be totally different. No demon gave Gray power, so he might not have a demon seed or the same things a DS does. He could be more like a Laxus/Cobra DS, since he still refers to the tattoo as Silvers' power. And Bloodman might be something unique again maybe.

It is sad that all Spriggans even with superior advantages lost the battle.

If they had fought in a more planned way they might have won.

Actually I wouldn't be surprised if she was the weakest, because I was contemplating that recently. Neinhart is possible. Jacob I doubt, as he is sensei's favorite. But who knows

Depends what you mean by "come back". None should become good, that would be lame. I rather see them in their own setting in Alvarez. I think everyone wouldn't mind seeing them in a daily setting when it's no war. It would be funny as shit to see Brandish and Dimaria getting annoyed by Invel's seriousness or Larcade's friendship quotes.

i meant how the oracion seis made a comeback, they had 2 new members, + angel, midnight, combra etc all got stronger and had different tricks it was cool to see.

Oh you're talking about the Key to Starry Sky filler arc in the anime. Yeah it's possible that new Spriggans can be added, I only say that because of the way we saw Irene become one, after Zeref cured her she either followed him or he recruited her. I think she followed him as a way to pay her debt to him. So it's possible.
