Summary and Preview

There is something a bit twisted inside of the teenage girl Madoka. It comes out one day when she has to deal with a groper on a public train. He may be scarred for life by the time she's finally through with him. But for her, at least, this encounter may only be the beginning...

Review by Keigo Kakiguchi
Ibitsu is my first exposure to Okada's work but I gotta say it: he's a twisted genius. This manga was one of the most absorbing things I've ever read. I've loved basically everything about it: the main characters, the story, the settings (the sex shop, Keigo's house, the school), the perverse use of sexuality, the hidden love between Madoka and Keigo, the tragedy, the sadness. I FREAKING LOVED IT and it's such a shame that the translation stopped at chapter 20 and that no official serialization is available neither in English or, in my case, in Italian. But that didn't stopped me: I had the physiological need to continue it no matter how big the limitations for me and I decided to read (or should I say view since I don't know a thing about the language) the Japanese Raws and not fully understand the particulars really bothered me, but like I said, I was completely absorbed by it that I ended up enjoying the whole story anyway.
Searching the net it seems like this manga is not well known and it's a pity, because it's a great piece of art and if you love distorted (Ibitsu = Distortion if I'm not mistaking) and tragic romantic stories, this manga is all you need.

Peace.

EDIT: Sorry for the eventual errors in my review, as you can see, English ain't my first language. :P Permalink " "
