Summary and Preview
One small island contains two constantly warring countries. On this island, black-haired people are royalty, other people are commoners, and people with the ears and tails of animals are considered "Ajin" or subhuman.
In order to secure peace, the abnormally red-haired princess of the northern kingdom, Nakaba, has been sent to the south to become the bride of the second son of the southern king, called Caesar. In truth, she's more like a hostage, as her life will likely last only as long as the peace between the two kingdoms. Nakaba's only ally is her Ajin servant Loki, who she has known for most of her life. [tethysdust]
