Then I'm gonna write up a plan for chapter 2 right away.

Miura: Annojyou Mai! You've got a good sense for naming!!
TL Note: Annojyou sounds a lot like Kanojyo, which can mean "girlfriend". This seems to be what's implied.

Shuujin: Mai has by far the best calculating ability. Plus she loves detective novels and has great deductive ability. Thinking they really want that skill in the Perfect Crime Club, those two do a thorough investigation on her. [Does that sound like it doesn't imply something bad?]
But if she learns about what they're doing, she'd get mad instead............
Saikou: We create thrills from them trying not to get exposed.
Miura: I see...... But how does she become one of them? That's really perfect-crime-like!

Shuujin: They give Mai a birthday surprise without her finding out about it.

Miura: Ooh! A surprise, eh...? Then she definitely wouldn't be mad, that's pleasing!
Saikou: Though with her deductive reasoning, she totally reveals it's them.

Miura: So you have them getting revealed completely worked out, too, eh..........? That's good.
Saikou: The usual cool and collected Mai flipping out and getting confused will get serious laughs and bring out her cuteness as a heroine.
Shuujin: I think them purposely leading her to get themselves exposed could be interesting, too.
Saikou: That's why I made the drawing serious.
Miura: You've already got it worked out in your heads, eh?
Shuujin: Well...
Miura: Then why don't you two go ahead and make it by yourselves?
Ashirogi: Eh?
Miura: It'd seem more interesting to me later if I didn't ask much about it right now.

Ashirogi: There's still two weeks to the name deadline.

You shouldn't adjust a name too much, though. Cause there are a lot of cases like that where the more you tamper with it the worse it gets.
