Until late in the night, I could hear gunshots all over, but things are tranquil now.

panel 1: Up until a few days ago stuff would be broadcast on TV from time to time, but that all stopped yesterday. I can't see any Japanese news, and I don't understand Chinese.
panel 2: Is Japan in the same situation as Taiwan? Is this happening all over the world?
I saw that the same thing was happening in Korea on Youtube. I couldn't believe it.
