Erza's surname (Scarlet) was given to her by Jellal because of her hair. When they were young in the ToH Erza didn't have a surname, maybe it was memory loss.

Looking at it deeper (why not?) it makes sense why she's not as close with Irene then Dimaria, not saying she wasn't apart of the 12s for awhile but like God Serena, they both are most likely the newest additions cause those two are from Ishgar and stuff.. and with her not attending the meeting, and guessing not being in the palace often it's hard to form a relationship with someone so MIA and ducked offNot suprising that Randi and Dimaria get along. Among Spriggan 12 there are only 3 ladies and Brandish herself said she's not close to Eileen, so only Dimaria left

About Invel, I think its safe to say he's the most loyal Spriggan 12 member, originally I thought that would be reserved for August but we've already seen August is open to negotiations with their enemies, so I think the most loyal member is Invel.
