Yuu Oribe is a Japanese tailor in Naples and is the only disciple recognized by Mario Santorio, a famous tailor praised by the Sarto Finito (The Japanese term used roughly translates to "the master professional"). Some of his exceptional skills include tailoring a suit without actually measuring the person and cutting fabrics precisely without using a ruler. However, his service is requires a huge amount of money and he's also very choosy in accepting jobs. [dareka]
