I would translate this part as shown below.
'Nishi's classmates prepared to flee from revenge!' -into
'nishi's classmates are panicking, hearing nishi's threat'
I think doing literal translation on this sentence is a bit difficult. The result
doesn't sound quite natural. So perhaps improvising helps.
