Summary and Preview
Long ago, in Jushin, secret royal inspectors named "Angyo Onshi" wandered the country and restored order. But now that Jushin is destroyed, Munsu is the last of his kind. His status as being part of the Angyo Onshi still gives him the command of "phantom soldiers." Cursed with a physical ailment similar to asthma, he roams the world as the anti-hero protagonist, only rescuing the victims he deems worthy while slaying the corrupt bureaucrats.[DrCoke]
Published in Japan and serialized in Sunday Gene X by Shogakukan.
