Given how common it is pretty much everywhere west of Tokyo I would translate it just the same as お前, あなた, or 君. I might just be biased because that's usually what I use (at least with family).
Well, Sakura always calls Naruto "anta"... but maybe "Man" could work just as well as "dude"? Whatever. We'll get to hear more of him soon enough, most likely.
... and when you do think about it, second person pronouns, despite being greater in number in Japanese than in English, are ironically used much less. For English they end up being a grammatical requirement for so many sentences, but, while I certainly don't need to tell you this, pronouns are very often dropped out in Japanese sentences. And for a lot of contexts, where you actually need to be more specific about objects, subjects, topics and what not, referring to someone by name ends up being preferable to use of pronouns (which is probably related to pretty much all pronouns having some degree of connotational baggage).
... we'll see, though. But if I don't see Hidan use アンタ at least 10 more times before he dies, then I'll die of shock. And if he uses any other SP pronoun more than once or twice then, well, I'll die from shock that way too.
I was actually thinking the "it's a given" for どうせ was more likely to catch your eye.
You wouldn't happen to be a fan of Nel Carter? Not that *I am*, mind you. :p
