Summary and Preview

There's a tiny village that boasts a beautiful view of the night sky. Soon, the village will no longer exist, as it will be the site of a strange new power plant. The villagers have one year to leave their home, and the giant poles being constructed all around the village are a constant reminder. Kotarou is furious, and determined to save his home, but what can a little elementary school kid accomplish?

At the beginning of summer vacation, two new people move into town: a friendly young woman, Ozaki Kanna, and a young man with an intimidating glare, Tsuka Touma. Kanna claims that she has come to look for shooting stars, but why would they bother moving to the village now, with the power plant construction looming in the near future? [tethysdust]
