Filters on Manga Database Page + Subscriptions by Language!

Yep, a double whammy at ya! Filters to help make the "Shouts Page" easier, and Subscriptions by Scanlator & Language!

First up, presenting Filters on the Manga Database page!

Located on the immediate right, you'll see various Magazines that you can sort by. Doing so will (hopefully) get you the manga you were looking for right away. (ex: Naruto is in Shounen Jump so you'd press that magazine^^)



We've also included a "Popular" filter that sorts series that are getting lots of attention so you can see what you've been missing out on.

The other filter is "New Series" which sorts all the FIRST chapters RELEASED AT MH. So even if it's an old series, if only CHAPTER ONE is released then it'll show. However we'll be setting a month limit so it should filter out those that go way back.

Next off, is on the Manga Series you can now sort by Language and Scanlator group! So you don't have to be bombarded by PMs of releases not in your language.



That's the updates today~

Things that are still left to do include:
  • Comment tracking - Should happen very soon.
  • Joint groups - This will take a while, we're working on a method you can use in the mean time.

How about filters on the front page where translations and scanlations are. It would be easier to have language filters on there.

Yay I like the language thing ^_^

I mentioned it in the last news but it was a little bit late so I will do it again.
Is there a possibility to get an E-Mail everytime you get a PM (I couldnt find it)? If not you might put this option onto MH. (I got the answer to this question so dont mind it)

Edit: Will I still get PMs on RAWs if I took English (or whatever) as language for the Manga?

MH rocks! Again, nice improvements you've done there.

Think that especially the "popular"-filter on the shout-page, and the language selection on the release-pages will be an enormous succes!

What about if you'd like to get notes for more than only one language for one series. Might not make much of a sense but sometimes i like to see but i like to see same chapters in all languages i know but i want to filter out languages i don't know, while i don't care about scanlaitor. So far you can chose only one language right?

Uh, sorry, I don't know where else I could write this so...
I can't see most of the messages in MH now. I can see them for a few seconds, but then they disappear. In one piece section I can see few messages, but others are just blank. Please help me!
