"To Aru Kagaku no Railgun" Voted Most Popular Anime in 2010 Durarara!! and Kimi no Todoke fill out the rest of the top 3 in Anime One's "Everyone Decides The 10 Most Popular Anime in 2010" list. NEC Big Globe released the "Everyone Decides The 10 Most Popular Anime in 2010" list on its anime portal site Anime One on the 17th. It considered anime that had aired between January and December 2010.
Grandly standing at the top was "To Aru Kagaku no Railgun" (4.65 points). From the pleasant interactions between the girls in the show, to the cool form of the protagonists, and the gap between those that have and do not have powers, it would appear that psychological depictions that are able to make you empathise with them are important ingredients for success. The catchphrase "Judgement desu no!" (I'm from Judgement - often said by character Kuroko) is quite famous.
In second place was "Durarara!!" (4.44 points). It boasts great popularity among the girls. With Ikebukuro as its stage, it's a piece where the lives of the characters, each bursting with individuality, intertwine with each other to create a most fascinating story. "Kimi ni Todoke" took third place with 4.43 points, an anime that depicts the growth of the protagonists through friendships and romance, both pleasing and agonising fans with the many powerful scenes and situations.
- To Aru Kagaku no Railgun (4.65 points)
- Durarara!! (4.44 points)
- Kimi ni Todoke (4.43 points)
- K-ON!! (4.4 points)

"Ouran High School Host Club", a love comedy manga about the school life of a troop of super rich and good-looking boys and a girl who has no care for outer appearances, ended in September 2010. "Ouran High School Host Club", written by Hatori Bisco, began serialisation in the same magazine in the April issue of 2003. The comics have sold over 12,000,000 copies in total. Special Site Set Up in Celebration of 200 Million Copies of ONE PIECE Shueisha sets up official site for ONE PIECE's hijacking of all Shueisha magazines as part of campaign to celebrate its 200 millionth copy. Shueisha has set up an official site at
http://www.2oku.jp for its campaign celebrating the manga ONE PIECE's 200 millionth copy. From the ninth issue of Weekly Shounen Jump, which goes on sale on the 31st of January, to the thirteenth issue of the same magazine, which goes on sale on the 28th of February, ONE PIECE will hijack the covers of all 34 of the magazines published by Shueisha. There is a timer counting down to the release of WSJ #9 (noon on the 31st of January), when ONE PIECE will first hijack a magazine cover. Clicking on "Luffy's Treasure" (ルフィの秘宝) brings you to a page introducing all the different freebies that will be coming along with the 34 magazines when ONE PIECE hijacks their covers. Furthermore, from the 31st onwards, a treasure hunt game will be made available by clicking on "Vivre's Treasure" (ビブルの秘宝), and those who subscribe will also be able to receive news on the campaign via e-mail.
Oda Eiichirou's ONE PIECE tells the story of the rubber boy Luffy, whose arms and legs can stretch and whose dream is to become the pirate king, and his adventures on the great ocean alongside Zoro, the swordsman who uses three swords, Nami, the female navigator and the rest of his crew. Beginning its serialisation journey in 1997 in Weekly Shounen Jump, it was made into an anime in 1999 and in total, volumes 1 through 60 have sold over 200 million copies.

Also + 1 for Durarara - it's a great series :D.
I love that they're promoting OP more and more, but I just hope it won't reach a point where the public get sick of seeing OP everywhere :/
And yes, DRRR!! is amazing stuff! ^^
One piece is going to get bigger from here, so I can see a 300th million website coming soon, lol.
