Muddy

An extremely short-lived series. Built on an interesting premise, where virtually everything in the the world runs on chimera research, it tells the story of a researcher unable to abandon his product. Even though this is supposed to be more of a shounen title, there isn't a whole lot of action (which likely lead to it being axed), and feels more like you're watching the struggles of a single parent to make end's meet. I do like the artwork, personally, but can't say this series had much else going for it. I would keep an eye out for this author though. He's had some interesting one-shots. Permalink " "
