Puella Magi Madoka ☆ Magica Scripts Leaked Before Airing 
Scripts and scenarios from the last two episodes of Madoka were leaked on the internet before the episodes were aired. The anime "Puella Magi Madoka ☆ Magica" has been a hot-topic in the news lately, and this time, it's because the script was leaked on the internet before the episode was broadcast.
Near the end of March 2011, an item labeled as the scenarios from the 12th and final episode, "My Awesome Friend", was put up for auction on the internet. At the time, netizens doubted its credibility, posting comments such as "Is this for real? I wonder", while yet others thought it might be real, saying, "Somehow I get the feeling that it's the real deal".
The buzz didn't end there. On the 11th of April, the scripts of the 11th and 12th episodes (the title of the 11th being "The Last Remaining Signpost") were posted from an unknown source on an internet forum. In it were the characters' lines and actions in detail. Once again, netizens had mixed reactions to the script, some saying, "It seems to plain to be real" or "This is way off", and others saying, "Are these spoilers...? Please tell me they're fake" and "Somehow I get the feeling like I shouldn't be reading this".
Thereafter, when the actual episodes aired, not only were the two titles of the last two episodes accurate, the characters' lines and actions were almost identical to the scripts posted as well. It goes without saying that this created yet another buzz on the internet as netizens were perplexed and shocked.
The anime was supposed to have ended within March, but due to the earthquake, some episodes had to be delayed.
