It's my own invention, though. You just put some rice on your seaweed, top it with mayonnaise, roll it, and voila!

Plus it doesn't cost much, but tastes great!

--But even if we start thinking up a new menu, I don't know when I'll be able to do it. It takes time for it to build up a reputation.
