the fastest way to do it is walking with your toes turned inward.

(spine gets twisted)
(walk with your toes turned inward)

(your jaw heals)

Walking with your toes turned inwards cures anything spine-related. Plus it eases the strain on anything attached to your jaw joints.

That's why I've been walking like this lately.

Man, I really don't have it going for me.
