Copy Books
Books that are made by copying or printing out the pages.
You can assemble the pages (folded in half) over the cover and staple near the edge.
You also can fold the pages in half, and flat staple through the stack about half an inch in from the edge.

You can staple though the spine of pages that are meant to be folded in half. If you have the resources, anyone can make short comics this way. Many people have their doujinshi debut this way, so not many people call them copy books.
