After his complete victory of the tournament, Denta did an about face and disappeared. It's unknown where he went after this, but a few female fans speculate that he returned to his ninja village, received a new mission and was no where to be found. It was said however, that he left a letter behind when he departed.

Denta: My mission will take me into the under trails of society. For this is the life of a shinobi, traveling far and wide to finish missions. I will never forget what I learned during this tournament, even as I return to the uncertain life of a shinobi...living in the darkness...traveling onto new lands.

Narration: Even now, he dwells in the darkness....somewhere unknown.
