Takechi: That’s the Harusame’s seventh division.
They're made up of the elite of the combat tribe the Yato, the strongest tribe in Harusame
The Harusame organization is managed by the admiral who is controlled based on the inclination of the senate. And below him are the 12 squadrons who are the units that do the actual work.
And them, the seventh squadron, expose themselves to danger as a vanguard and this has made them a pillar that supports the structure of the whole organization...
They're the most violent fighting force in Harusame, and their leader, squadron leader Kamui-dono, now has power even outstripping that of the admiral.
And now with the admiral as just a figurehead among the twelve squadron leaders, they're taking action to try and abolish the admiral and raise up Kamui-dono.
Bansai: And due to the idea that the seventh squadron is going to do that to him,
that Admiral Fool is...
using those who don't fit in well with Kamui-dono as well as us
to dispose of the seventh squadron that threatens his position?
Takechi: That’s right.
We're acting as bait, shutting them, the seventh division which prides themselves on being the strongest in hand to hand combat, into the ship with us, thus isolating them.
I'm sorry for staying quiet about this.
But I thought might stir up unnecessary worry.

The seventh divison got shot clean out of space, and no one knows where they ended up.
More importantly, Captaian Kamui is going to be killed in a public execution in two days.
He hasn't got a single soldier in his corner anymore. Even the captains that has been carrying him in the first place were for the most part just scared of the Yato's power.
Cause everyone, including the admiral is afraid of how powerful he is.
But it sure is screwed up though, that even a violent mo-fo like him could be taken down..
