An outbreak of the oracles occurred ten years ago on the fringes of this world.
I wonder if you knew that?
The oracles awaken in people regardless of their age, sex or origin. Their origin on the other hand is unknown.
And I've found that the number of people who realize they have awakened are few in number.

Not much of a writeup this time, but that's only because since I have a scanned raw of the next chapter, I can work on that immediately. I only really took a long time on this one because there was a part of a conversation I couldn't make heads or tails of, (turns out I was just thinking too hard like usual), and that I had to once again use a physical WSS issue to translate it which kills my motivation. Thank goodness a scan for 33 popped up, or this might have sat on the back burner for a while. In any case, I'll be back momentarily with the beginning of part five, so look forward to that.
