Mutsu: Whent he Yato mother planet Kouan was embroiled in war, it was the target of a merciless attack from the League of Planets.

Altana flowed,
From the remnants of this destroyed world.
And it was the influence of the Altana rather than the people, that the withering planet became home to creatures with strange mutations.
Within Kouan itself was the creature that rendered the planet a “place of death.
The parasitic creature known as the “Master of Kouan”...
Orochi.
(TN- Orochi is depicted as a serpent creature with eight heads in Japanese mythos.)
Mutsu: Orochi spread it's roots to the center of the planet where it devoured the Altana. No matter where one was on the planet, they would fall victim to one of it's 108 heads purging anything that came close to it's nest....the planet itself.
For centuries the planet remained abandoned as no one approached the “nest”.
