Can I just say that Saike with no chill is like my favorite thing? Also the next few chapters are fights, so that should be easier to TL. I would like to eventually get back to working on things besides Gintama and Saike after all...

So in short, I think that abilities that powerful require a condition for usage –a set of rules.
