Ana: Hizu you’re still here…?
Eiji: I’ve always been here…

Ana: But you haven’t eaten or drank anything for two days.
Even if you do something like that,

Saike: But why?
Eiji: The Healing God healed you.
He used his oracle for the last time…
Though you slept for two whole days.
Ana: Hizu’s a big dummy.
He wouldn’t eat or drink anything until you woke up.
I kept telling him over and over that you’d been healed so there’s no need for him to do that.
But he wouldn’t listen.

Healing God: Even I am not sure of what happened.
That day I did use the last of my oracle to heal you.
I thought for sure I would return to being a fetus and disappear…
But when I used my oracle again, what awaited me was not “death”…
But a new “life”.
Come close and look.
Saike: Your bottom teeth…
Have grown in?

Roma: They grew in yesterday.
Healing God: My body has stopped getting younger
And has once again started to age properly.
Eiji: There’s no longer any power fumes coming from the elder.
It would seem he’s lost his oracle.
Healing God: I have decided to accept this outcome.
Perhaps God is telling me…
“You must see the future of this village until your end”.

Healing God: Nepal is a poor country.
In the mountains there are no doctors.
To travelers this is a paradise,
But to the people who live here there is nothing but adversity.
I used my oracle to bring some abundance to this village,
And because of that it has grown into a place able to rival Kathmandu.
However in the end is this prosperity brought by the oracle temporary?
Will things once again erode away?
Now that I have lost my oracle, perhaps it is my obligation,
To watch over this village and see where it is headed.

If we had money they’d be able to call doctors and everyone would be happy.

Eiji: We messed up letting Johann escape like that.

I think it was a great trip.

Saike: I could do without any more tigers though.

SAIKE ONCE AGAIN SERIES 7 END.

And for the first time in what feels like eons, I have caught up to Saike Once Again. Not a "hey caught up for now, yay!" Type thing but a "I actually have no more to do until it returns in March" type thing. Overall this series being twice the length as normal ones really did it some favors, and I think it's my favorite series out of the entire...series. Yeah. I just hope Fukuchi will get to a point where he starts worldbuilding outside of Saike's immediate surroundings. We've had 8 volumes about him, so now it'd be great to get something else to chew on, but to be honest I kind of don't see that happening as while Fukuchi is great at "innovative shounen battle action", he's either not willing or not so good with building a world beyond his protagonists. I hope I'm wrong of course, and that part 8 does just that, but I dunno. For now, it'd be great if the series reaches ten volumes and maybe then get promoted with anime.
