Gintama 657

I could be playing mario but instead I'm doing this. I won't be upset if you belittle me for my poor decision making skills, but do so to my face.

Also I have a plurk now, so feel free to friend me there and stuff.

Top text- The results for the Gintama character popularity poll are revealed!!
In the fifth polls there's a sense of disturbance?!
Many times over, the results left a bad aftertaste –It seemed he had truly become “the 8 experience!” for the last four polls but to great shock in this fifth edition he's risen to number 7! Surely this is an occasion that deserves adulation, but instead, honestly it feels more like a disaster...but we'd like you to read the mood here! At this point it won't even become viral!! Congrats Shinshichi!! (TN- Shinpachi's name is read “new eight” but they punned it here and replaced the “8” (hachi) with “7” (shichi). Also “adulation” is read “sanji” as well as “disaster”, just with different kanji. --and no it's not the same as that dude from One piece.)
(Side text- Shimura Shinpachi has incredibly come here after... (1st poll: 8th, 2nd poll: 8th, 3rd poll: 8th, 4th poll: 8th )capitulating to 8th place?!!)
(Bubble text: A total of 17006 votes!!)
Gintoki: 1st with 4636 votes
(Remained 1st from last poll)
His place is firm and unnomving as it should be --the perfect adornment as the protagonist of the series!
Hijikata: 2nd with 2385 votes
(Remained 2nd from last poll)
A Vegeta like position that has a “Oh so close” feeling to it!
Okita: 3rd with 1698 votes
(Remained 3rd from last poll)
Perhaps this is his favorite spot for aiming at Hijikata-san's back?!
Takasugi: 4th with 1572 votes
(Remained 4th from last poll)
His latest exploits in the main story have left quite an impression!
Kagura: 5th place with 1206 votes
(Up from 6th last poll)
Katsura: 6th place with 966 votes
(Down from 5th last poll)
Shinpachi: 7th place with 576 votes
(Up from 8th last poll)
Kamui: 8th place with 543 votes
(Down from 7th last poll)
Tsukuyo 9th with 465 votes
(Up from 12th last poll)
Tae 10th with 273 votes
(Up from 12th last poll)
Shinpachi's comment:
Waaaaait a second. I'm "seventh" this time around. It's the first time my rank has risen, y'know? Like frreal it was a brave fight on my part..
So why the hell do I feel as if everyone is saying "ah what a pity?"? Isn't this "too bad" atmosphere kinda weird?

It's everything we have.
Even if we can't complete the mission...
Even if we have to use our lives...it's fine.
You should use it for your sake...

It seems our luck hasn't quite run out.
The lantern of our lives that had faded has once again been lit by that of friendship.

This light is no longer just ours....
So no forgiveness to those who allow it to burn out.
