Switch: For some reason, cuteness seems to be an identifying feature of the enemy leaders.
Bossun: The leaders are pretty rare figures, you know!
Switch: These are miniatures based on a tokusatsu hero show called "Slender". // It's recently become semi-popular with a small underground portion of the hardcore fandom.
Himeko: Can ya even call that "popular"?!
Bossun: The Slender team is made up of five heroes. // There are a variety of poses available, but at the core, we're talking five main characters.

Bossun: This is the leader of the Chousoushin Slender team: Red Commander!
[TN: "Chousoushin" means "hyper-slim" ~~]
Himeko: So thin...! // Come on, look at that body!! / That's meanta be a hero?!
Switch: As the name suggests, the Chousoushin Slender team is made up of extremely thin people.
Himeko: An' why do the good guys AND the bad guys all have names ending in "-der", anyway?! / That's just annoying!
Switch: Incidentally, their mecha and weapons all end with "-der" as well.
Bossun: Here, I'll show you the others. // This is the sub-leader, Blue Subleader.
Himeko: Real imaginative name he's got there!
Bossun: The token female, Pink Cheerleader!
Himeko: These names are really pissin' me off!! And how does she get off being a main team member, anyway?!

Bossun: The number one muscleman of the Slender team, "Sepia Expander"!
Himeko: What part of this guy is "slender"?! / And "Sepia"?! What, like brown?! What kinda colour is that?!
Bossun: The guy rumour has it is going to betray the team... Cocoa Brown Suspender!
Himeko: That's just some ordinary fat guy! What, does anything go as long as it ends in "-der"?!! / And brown again?! It's a stupid colour, and now we have it TWICE?! The hell!
Bossun: Together, these five heroes form... Chousoushin Slender!!
Himeko: Oh, give it a rest! // Hell, apart from the leader and sub-leader, the rest of 'em are all fat!! / Are these guys even tryin'?!!
Bossun: The series has a huge cast of characters, so collecting a complete set of figurines is really pretty difficult.
Switch: I have around half of them right now, but there's still a long way to go...
Himeko: And you guys are gettin' all serious over this crap?! / Oh, screw that! I really am gonna head off.
Bossun: All right! Another leader! It's Rosemadder!
Switch: Nice going. I've never seen that one before, either.
Himeko: ............... // Oh, come on then, move over. / Let me just have one go at this thing.
Bossun: Just how bad an attention-seeker are you, anyway?

Switch: Anthony is the ordinary young boy who calls for the Slender team whenever Darksider make an appearance.
Himeko: What kinda system is that meanta be?! // Ahh, this one sucks! I want one of those cute little guys from Darksider...
Switch: Well, it's all down to luck in the end.
Bossun: Not a hero or an enemy... yeah, you got screwed over there.
Himeko: What'd ya get now, Bossun?

Himeko: So lame...! // Come on, not another ordinary old guy!!
Bossun: Shut up! Bartender is the guy who looks after the Slender team's hideout, and attends a soba-making class at the weekends! He's an important character!
Himeko: Sounds pretty damn normal to me!! // What've you got, Switch?
Switch: Slim Crusader.
Himeko: So there are some cool characters, are there?!!!
Switch: Slim Crusader is a mystery warrior who shows up when the Slender team are in trouble. He has enough power to take out the entirety of Darksider single-hander.
Himeko: Then what's the point in the Slender team?! // Tch... I'm not even interested in this stuff... / I'm just pissed off 'cause I didn't get a good one... // Just one more try, then.

Himeko: ...Anthony again... // Screw you, Anthony!! / And why's he a foreigner, anyway?! Ugh, he pisses me off!!
Bossun: Hm? What's this now?
Switch: That's Hashaider.

Bossun: Hashaider?! // I don't even know that name! Who the heck is he?!
Switch: Hashaider was a hero who appeared in the Slender movie. As a minor character, his figures are actually quite rare. // As a character who develops over the course of the story, he was actually released as a five-figure series. // I have two of them myself.
