Tecchan: She could die!!! // Misaki could DIE, you hear me?!! // What am I gonna do if she doesn't make it?!!! // She doesn't have to make a crazy gamble like that... // I'm sure someday...
Bossun: ............
Himeko: Hey, Tetsu. / Why don't'cha go see her off tomorrow? // Ya should tell her that Koutarou was really you all along.
Tecchan: !! // S - stop joking around!! / Like I could do somethin' like that!!!

Tecchan: I can't let myself have anything to do with Misaki... / I can't...!!

Bossun: Hah. / So what d'you think you're doing sneaking around and lying to her all this time? // Even now, you're tricking her, hiding your face even as you meet her... // Why can't you just go out and talk to the girl face-to-face?!!

Bossun: Misaki came here to find those cranes you made to give her hope! // She made the decision to fight against her harsh reality... // But you can't even bring yourself to face up to that same illness. // Saying you're a "curse" or whatever... // Running away like a coward... // This is a friend who's putting her life on the line... // No. // This is the girl you're in love with!
Tecchan: ......!!
Bossun: And you just sit there folding cranes and praying, without even wishing her good luck?!! / That's pathetic!!! // Shouldn't you be fighting alongside her?!!!!

Bossun: Oh, crap... we forgot to give it to Tetsu. // Whoa... // It's huge!
Flashback!Misaki: I made it especially for my good friend Koutarou-san.
Bossun: ! // I get it...!! // (Misaki never once actually called me "Koutarou"...)
[TN: Okay, I screwed up a little in the last chapter. I did have her calling him "Koutarou" once. I've fixed that translation now. And incidentally, I've had to be a little creative with the translation of that line. In the original Japanese, it's not at all clear whether she's *addressing* him as "Koutarou-san", or talking about *somebody else* calles "Koutarou-san". There's no real equivalent in English. ~_~]
Bossun: Misaki... / She must have known all along. // That Koutarou was actually Tetsu...

Bossun: Who're you calling "Polo-Shirt Leader"?!
Himeko: What're you doing with those cranes? You taking them home?
Bossun: Well, he said he didn't want them... so I figured I could put them to some good use. // He said they can't fly, right? / Well, why don't we prove him wrong?

Himeko: And what about Tetsu?!! // I made sure he got the sweater... but is he really going to go see her off?!

Switch: It looks like Tetsu flew out to America as soon as he heard.
Bossun: Huh... Doesn't he even care about missing school?
Himeko: What the hell are you doin' there, Bossun? // Ahh! / I didn't know you could do origami! / That's pretty impressive.
Bossun: Heheh. / Well, we went and chopped up all those paper cranes of his... / I figured we should make something in the hope that it works out between those two.
