Nimaiya: What's going through your head right now? // Chan-ichi.
Ichigo: Uh... / I was just thinking, it's getting kind of bright around here, so this is a pretty weird time to take off your shades... // ("Chan-ichi"...?)
Nimaiya: Ya damn fool! // If I kept my shades on... // How the hell would I see the colour of the flames?! // .................. // Have you figured it out yet, Chan-ichi?
Ichigo: ?

12
Nimaiya: The reason why this Asauchi turned bright white... // ...the moment it touched you.
Ichigo: ......... / Uh, no......
Nimaiya: Really? I bet you were thinking... / "It looks like... // ...my inner Hollow."
Ichigo: ..................
Nimaiya: That's right. / This guy... / ...is the Hollow in your soul. // I used the Asauchi just now as a trigger to extract this Zanpakutou from within you. // You don't get it, do you?

13
Nimaiya: I'm saying this Hollow... // ...is your Zanpakutou, simple as that. // The Hollow that Aizen created - he called it "White" - was formed from the souls of many Shinigami. / And ironically enough... / That's pretty much the same as how my Asauchi are created. // That Hollow went on to enter your soul... / ...where it fused with your own natural Shinigami powers... // ...and became your Zanpakutou.
Ichigo: ......Hold on a minute. // But then......
Nimaiya: That's right. // You should know who he is by now. // The man within your soul... // ...who has been masquerading as your Zanpakutou all this time!

14
Ichigo: ........................ // Old man...... / ...Zangetsu......

15
Nimaiya: ...Chan-ichi. // You know that man, don't you?
Ichigo: Of course I do. / This is Zangetsu -
Nimaiya: No. // No, he's not. // Look a little closer. // You've seen this man recently... / ...in person... // ...with your own two eyes.

16
Nimaiya: You faced him in Soul Society as an enemy!!!

17
Nimaiya: That's not your Shinigami power. / That man... // ...is the Quincy power within you. // His form... // ...is that of Juchabach, a thousand years ago.
