Yagi: Please, don't worry, it's really nothing.
Kuramoto: Yoshimura-sensei... // ...So you think so too?

Kuramoto: Yagi-chan. / She seems kind of down lately. // I know she's always pretty quiet anyway, but somehow I can't shake the feeling that something's wrong...
Yoshimura: Are you close with Yagi, then, Kuramoto?

TV!Bossun: No, wait, Toujou!! // Wait... // Wait up...!
Bossun: He's such an idiot...
Himeko: So stupid... / How big an idiot is this guy?!
Bossun: But, man... I never knew we could have this much fun with a DVD camera!! / This is a nice little gadget you managed to get your hands on, Switch!!
TV!Bossun: No... Wait up...!!
Switch: Well, I bought myself a new hard-disk-based camera. So I figured the club should be able to find some use for this old DVD camera.
Himeko: But seriously, why are we messin' around filmin' some drama?!! / I mean, you got me involved, too... but we do have a test tomorrow, ya know!!
Bossun: It's called taking a breather! But man, this stuff is priceless!
Switch: We should give it a title. / "100% Limited".
[TN: Not wasting any time getting in cracks at new Jump series, I see :p]
Himeko: You write that like "gentei", yeah?
Switch: Speaking of DVDs... // I hear there's a little rumour going around.

Himeko: A CURSED DVD?!!
Switch: Yes... apparently, misfortune will be sure to befall anybody who watches it.
Himeko: Whoa, stop it, you know I hate that stuff!!!
Switch: Apparently those who have seen it cannot speak of its contents, and thus nobody knows what the DVD actually shows.
Himeko: Then where the hell are the rumours even comin' from?!!!
Switch: That's what Yuuki-san told me, anyway.
Himeko: So it was her...
Bossun: You two really do get along, don't you?
Himeko: She'll show up again if you start talkin' like that...
Yuuki: THE RUMOURS ARE ALL TRUE!!!
Himeko: SHE'S HEEERE~~~!!!!
Yuuki: And we do NOT get along.
Himeko: AND SHE CAME I~~N!!!

Kuramoto: Errr... // Would this be the Sket-dan?
Bossun: Hm? ...Oh... yeah... we would? ...I guess...
Kuramoto: Ahhhh!!!
Himeko: What is this, an oden store...?
[TN: The way Kuramoto-san asks whether they're the Sket-dan is phrased in an odd, rather particular way, hence Himeko's reaction.]
Kuramoto: Ah, I'm sorry. I wasn't sure if anybody would actually be here with the test so soon... // My name is Kuramoto Ayumi, from Class E. / I was wondering if you were available for consultation.
Yuuki: It would appear you have a client... Well, then, with that, I shall exercise my right to leave!
Switch: "Exorcise", you mean.
Yuuki: Farewell, Switch-kun!
Switch: For eternity, I hope.
Yuuki: For all eternity!
Bossun: Just shut up and go!!!

Kuramoto: ...And so essentially, / I'm just worried about what's up with Yagi-chan. // I don't really have any idea what's wrong... // ...but I feel like the least I can do is try to cheer her up somehow. // And then I remembered I'd heard that you people could be entertaining, so I wondered if there was any chance you could help me.
Bossun: I get it... // Well, I like that kinda mission! // Here goes! Everybody ready?!!!
Kuramoto: Wait~!!! // What?! You're going to try and cheer her up... what, like that?!
Bossun: Aren't afros the only way to cheer someone up?
Kuramoto: They are?!!

Bossun: And...

Himeko: Ugh, what is WITH that girl?!!! / Gawd, I swear I've never known anythin' like it...!!!
Bossun: ...And after we went to all that effort working out a manzai routine for just this sort of occasion... / I didn't know it was physically possible to give a look that cold...! She's frozen like a picture...
Himeko: I can't do this any more, it's too embarrassing! // Can't we just give up on this?!

Bossun: Don't announce things like that!!!
Himeko: An' why's your afro so messed up?!!!
Bossun/Himeko: ............
Bossun: Errr... ahem. // Yagi-chan... / You're in the Media Club, right? // So, what, do you just stay here in the Media Room all the time? / By the way, I don't really know much about the Media Club... what do you actually do?
Himeko: Ahh! / Nice one, Bossun!
Switch: The Media Club's main activities include broadcasting the lunchtime announcement and providing acoustic support for various events. Also,
Himeko: WHO THE HELL ASKED YOU?!!!
Yagi: Right now, I'm preparing an exhibit for the upcoming inter-school media contest. // I plan to submit an entry in the Television Documentary category.
Bossun: Huh, they have contests for this stuff, do they?
Switch: The Inter-School Media Contest also includes such categories as recitation, announcement, radio documentary, and various others~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Himeko: WHY D'YA ALWAYS HAVE TO BUTT IN WHEN YOU'RE NOT WANTED, HUH?!!!

Bossun: But man, working on something like that right before the test like this... / That must be tough.
Yagi: That's enough.
Bossun: Hm?
Yagi: Thank you. // I enjoyed the performance.
Bossun: Y'know, Yagi-chan...
Yagi: I'm fine. // I'm sure you did this because Kura-chan asked you... I apologise for the trouble. // But really, there's nothing wrong, so don't worry about me.

Bossun: If you do need anything, you can always come to us, okay? // If there's something you need to talk about, you can tell us anything.
Kuramoto: Something to talk about...? // As though anybody would believe me if I were to tell them.
Bossun: Huh?!
Himeko: Wha...
Bossun: What d'you think you're saying all of a sudden?!
Himeko: 'Course we'd believe you! You can't go decidin' stuff on your own like that!
Bossun: Hah, what's with that look of yours like you're bearing some great burden on your own...? // What, did you watch some kind of freaky DVD or something?

Bossun: Whoa... not so fast, Yagi-chan!! // That DVD... it couldn't be...

Himeko: Let's give this thing up!! / She asked us to leave her alone, so why don't we just forget this whole thing?!! // Else you're gonna get cursed too!!!
Bossun: I can't say that I know whether or not this "cursed DVD" actually exists... / But what's absolutely clear right now is that that DVD is what's bothering Yagi-chan.
Himeko: But, man... / What the hell is recorded on that thing...?
