Kishitani: Ah!
Kishitani: Nonomiya!!
Kishitani: Where did you go?
Yuuta: Sorry.
Kishitani: We were looking for you.
Yuuta: ...
Kishitani: Why...
Why are you crying again...?
Yuuta: I'm not crying!!
Kishitani: Nonomiya.
Hey, um...
Kishitani: You want to go to IH no matter what right?
In that case...

Page 4
Kishitani: I'll quit going to Inter High.
Yuuta: Huh!?
Kishitani: If I do that, then you'll be able to move up right?
Kishitani: If you go, it'll be more...
Yuuta: Kishitani,
Yuuta: If you really mean that,
I will sever our friendship.

Page 5
Kishitani: Eh...!?
Yuuta: I understand that I'm not the only one wanting to go to IH.
Yuuta: You shall go no matter what.
Yuuta: Even if you're injured or sick. And I refuse to take your place.
Yuuta: I...
Yuuta: ...
Yuuta: I...
Kishitani: ...
Kishitani: Nonomiya...

Nothing

A ski jumper's biggest enemy is fear!!
I lost to my own fear in the Olympics, and that's why I failed.
Don't fear it!!
I...
Can't do it anymore...
Ski jumping is so scary...

Page 8
Akira: Did you also come here to feel the wind?
Yuuta: Amatsu...
Yuuta: ...
Yuuta: I'm scared of jumping.
Yuuta: I...
Yuuta: Can't do it anymore...
Akira: Are you an idiot?
Yuuta: Huh!?

Page 9
Akira: There is no ski jumper in this world who's not scared to jump.
Yuuta: !!
Akira: Did you know? When a Olympic gold medalist was retiring, a reporter asked him this:
Reporter: Will you continue to ski jump as a hobby?
Akira: And the gold medalist said...
Guy: Are you kidding me? I'm so sick of that scary sport.
Akira: Even the best of athletes jump with fear in their hearts.
And to think if a high schooler like you don't feel it...
Akira: It's proof that you're still an amateur.
Akira: If you can overcome it...
Yuuta: It's already too late...
Yuuta: There's no way I can close a gap of 20 meters!!
Yuuta: It's impossible!!
Yuuta: Leave me alone!!
Akira: ...
Akira: Nonomiya, you...
Yuuta: !?

Page 10
Need to calm down.
Is it...
Really ok for you to give up at a place like this?
The distance between jumpers doesn't matter.
No matter how much of a gap there is...

Page 11
For a jumper...
What can you do but to do the best jump that you can?
What we do is not fighting.
This is not baseball or soccer.
There are no opponents in front of us.
There is no need for strategy because we're going by ourselves.
What's in front of us is only the sky, and...

Page 12
Akira: Ourselves.
Akira: The biggest opponent in ski jumping is yourself.
Akira: You are losing to your own feeling of panic.
Akira: Besides,
It's not Emperor that you're supposed to win against.
Akira: The real enemy is the fear within you.
You must have been shocked by this emotion that you have never felt before.
Akira: However, when you realize that fact, and learn to overcome it...

Page 13
Akira: You'll become stronger than ever.
Akira: Aren't we...going to the Olympics together?
Our opponent is the world.
Akira: This is only some prefectural high school meet...
Yet you're losing in this scope.
Akira: Is that the kind of person you are?
Akira: Is this the extent of your dreams?
Yuuta(thought): Please.

Page 14
Yuuta: Make Nonomiya Yuuta into a gold medalist.
Yuuta(thought): Brother!!
Yuuta(thought): ...
Yuuta(thought): That's right.
Yuuta: Thank you.
I'm fine now.

Page 15
Yuuta: I can't lose in a place like this.
Yuuta: I have to...
Yuuta: Win the gold medal no matter what.
Kishitani: Seems like I worried for nothing.

Page 16
Yuuta: Kishitani!!
Kishitani: Yo.
Kishitani(thought): Damn you Amatsu, for hugging Nonomiya...
Kishitani: Nonomiya.
Kishitani: Let's go to...
Kishitani: IH together.
Yuuta: Yeah.
Akira: And...

Page 17
Akira: Why is Kourogi hiding over there?
Mikage: !?
Mikage: W...well...
I just thought I shouldn't show my face during some guy-talk.
Mikage: Yuuta,
Do your best in the second round!
Mikage: You will win for sure.
Mikage: Since I'm cheering for you this much despite my busy schedule.
Yuuta: Amatsu, you lied.
About jumping by oneself.
Akira: ?

Page 18
Yuuta: I...
Yuuta: Am jumping with everyone's support.
Akira: ...
Akira: I guess you're right.
Yuuta: Let's go.
The second round is starting.
Akira: Yeah.
Kishitani(thought): But...
Kishitani(thought): Will it really be alright?
Kishitani(thought): 20 meters isn't something to be taken lightly...
