Recipe:
Guangdong-styled Curry Fried Noodles (Serving for 4)
Chinese noodles, 4 bunches
Dried shiitake mushroom, 4
Bean sprouts, 2 bags
Carrots, 8cm in length
Salad oil, 4tbsp
Torigara soup, 2/3 cups
Salad oil, 4tbsp (for frying the noodles)

Salt, 3tsp
Flavor enhancer, small amount
Pepper, small amount
Alcohol, 1tbsp
Torigara soup, 4tbsp
Curry powder, 2tbsp

Salt, pepper, small amounts

(1)Steam the Chinese noodles for 7 minutes inside a steamer. Make sure the noodles are separating, and boil in hot water for one minute. Drain the water and cool.
(2)Cut the dried shiitake mushroom and carrots into strips, and wash the bean sprouts with water.
(3)Heat up salad oil in a wok, stir-fry the bean sprouts, add the mushrooms and carrots and continue to stir-fry.
(4)Add torigara soup, quickly boil the whole thing and pour it into a draining basket.
(5)Pour salad oil into the well-heated wok, put the noodles from (1) into it and stir-fry. When the noodles are warm, put the contents of (4) back into the wok.
(6)Add (a) into the wok, and stir-fry until the flavors are spread out evenly. Add salt and pepper as you see fit.
(7)Serve.
Box: Adding the torigara soup after stir-frying the vegetables and boiling them very quickly would give a crispy texture.
