Recipe:
Curry Hui Guo Rou (Serving for 4)
Cabbage, 200g
Celery, Two bunches
Asparagus, 3
Red and yellow peppers(jumbo-sized), 1 each
Thinly sliced pork, 100g
Salad oil, variable amount
Curry powder, 1 tbsp
(a)
Alcohol and soy sauce, 1 tbsp each
Sugar, small amount
Torigara soup, 3 tbsp
(a)
Soluble starch, variable amount
Sesame oil, small amount

(1)Remove the core of the cabbage, and cut up the leaves into big pieces. Peel the skin of the celery, and cut them into large diagonal strips. Cut off a bit of the roots for the asparagus, remove about half of the skin, and then chop into chunks. Remove the stem and seeds of the peppers, and then chop them into chunks. As for the pork, cut them into size that is easy to consume.
(2)Pour lots of salad oil into a heated wok, and fry the pork by putting them in one piece at a time. Quickly do the same with the vegetables except for cabbage. Remove the oil.
(3)Put the oil in the wok back into the oil cup, and use the small amount left to stir-fry the curry powder. Once it blends with the oil, stir-fry the cabbage, then add the vegetables and pork from (2).
(4)Add ingredients from (a) to adjust the taste. Once the cabbage becomes tender, add the soluble starch to make everything thick. Sprinkle on some sesame oil.
(5)Place on a plate and serve.
Box:
Only use the leaves of the cabbage, and instead of using a knife, cut them with your hands. For peeling the celery and asparagus, it would be easier to use a peeler.
