(1st frame): Hey there everyone. I'm the artist and author for Trump! and my name is Jung Hyun Joo. This is my first official work so please take care of me.

However, I've had prior experience drawing online and under the pseudonym of 'Dova' and that was able to propel my passion forward and professionally.

(2nd frame): I thought I'd never achieve this in my lifetime but it happened just when I least expected it.

I'd like to give a huge thank you to my editor as well.

I'd also like to give a quick shoutout to my other editor/mentor Kim Jung-Yun. Thank you so much. And we finally did it!

(4th frame): The relatively important main character 'K'.

In the 1st volume, I'm going to go into detail about how I conceptualized certain aspects of this manwha. From the 2nd volume onward, it's all about progress so please continue to support me~

His design was truly what I had in mind for this character. Quiet and mysterious character 'P'.

I thought about making this chracter irrelevant after the first chapter or so but he eventually stuck around. The hot-tempered character 'C'.

His hair makes this character seem like he's from a different genre. The Character 'J'.

(5th frame): There are a lot of subtle but concious effort that is placed when it comes to Trump! but from now on these subtleties will be a lot more visible. I specifically emphasized on the character's interior and exterior appearances so I spent a lot of my time on designs and concepts. More on this on the next page so please make sure to look~ >.<

To be honest with you, the most time-consuming part of preparing this manwha were character costume designs. The female character costumes were something I had confidence in doing and was only too happy to do but when it came down to the male costumes I had no confidence in doing it at all~ So I had to ask Ji-Won Unni for designing advice and she practically did it for me. Thank you for making the designs look so attractive *^^*

'SR' Unni helped with the sexy glamor and appeal~ It came out really nice, and pretty. Thank you both very much. The ties are actually in different shades *^^* even if it's not that noticable in the manwha.

(TLer's notes: HOLY FUCKING SHIT. The mangaka for Trump! is a female. I found this out just now as she used a female conjugated pronoun when referring to her sempai by calling her 'unni'. mind = BLOWN)

(6th frame): While working on the manwha a huge dillema arose.

Dova, there's a huge problem that we didn't take into account!

Fuck. My. Life. I just got done translating the omakes and it took TWICE the amount of time translating THE ACTUAL CHAPTER. I am probably going to contemplate suicide once we get to the end of volume 2. BLARGHHHHHHHHH. Anyway, sorry for the long wait guys. I feel a bit bad because I should have translated this chapter a while ago but I held off on it when i saw the omake pages. it just goes to show you that avoiding things is NEVER the answer. :S I hope my mistake can serve to be a lesson to you all. I'd also like to make a quick shoutout to everyone going to AX (Anime-Expo) this year. Despite the fact that I literally live about 20 - 25 minutes away from the convention, I'm probably not going this year so for those of you that are going... have fun~! With that said, I'll see you guys in the next volume!
