Rutee: Well I am so sorry that we ended up in cells for the second time. You airhead!
Leon: What a bunch of clowns.*
Leon: While being defeated, they have no fear towards me or to register the fact that they are criminals in their mind.
Leon: In addition, these two are both Swordians just like me
Leon: I don't even want to think about it...
Stahn: Hey hey, you are called...um Leon, right?
Stahn: You're strong~!
Rutee: I say, shouldn't you at least feel frustrated that you lose?

*Note: I think this is more sad than lonely, but since the text says lonely, I am thinking that she's saying she was just "getting to know" the cell they were dumped into.
*Note: Lit. is "fresh new", but since Mary is being ironic about the same situation, I think it might be better to use "newly found" (carries the ironic connotation they "came upon it") than "fresh new" to bring out the bitterness.
*Note: This is metaphoric, he doesn't mean they are clowns literally lol. The literal meaning is that this is a group of people who are messing around in a stupid manner.

Chal: Could it be...that he is waiting for the permission from His Majesty and to proceed with capital punishment right then and there?
Chal: It's nothing like that, right?
Leon: ...!
Soldier: Master Leon Magnus has arrived.

Hugo: Behave*. You're in front of His Majesty.
Leon: ...Leon Magnus along with a gang of three illegal excavators
Leon: Have received an imperial order to appear before His Majesty with haste.

King: The fact that I must summon you all in a hurry has to do with Hugo's arrangement.

Philia: Had an internal conflict where the extremist faction started a military uprising which took place before dawn of today.

Hugo: ...what I am saying is, the Swordians' power [ability] is essential in order to complete this task.
Rutee: So you are saying this on the premise of knowing we are the Swordian Masters eh?
Rutee: And for a bargain, you are looking forward to make a reasonable* exchange out of it?
Hugo: Fear not. You won't regret by cooperating.
Hugo: When this task is successfully completed, His Majesty the king promises to reduce your sentence and award you with a reward.
Leon: ...These criminals have no grounds to veto anyway.
Rutee: Wa...what gives you the right to make these decision upon us!
Stahn: It's alright Rutee, at any rate, let's hear what they have to say.
Hugo: Hmph, then let's talk.
Hugo: The item stolen by Grebaum is a legacy [heritage/relic*] of an ancient civilization that was under the custody of the church.

*Note: I think Rutee is being sarcastic with the word reasonable, so in interpretive sense, "reasonable" can be replaced with "decent"

Chaltier : ...The Eye of Atamoni!?
Leon: You know about this, Chal?
Hugo: Ah, ancient weapons such as the Swordians would have known better.
*Chaltier : ...The Eye of Atamoni was created back in the time when the Swordians were being developed
*Chaltier : It is a weapon that was assigned to bring upon destructive injury to this land*
*Chaltier : With its massive energy and the ability to summon upon inexhaustible supply of horrifying bioweapons
Chaltier : Though it was under strict custody as a measure during the post-war disposal
Chaltier : I can't believe we are coming across it in a form like this.
Hugo: Judging from the destructive state of the temple, one can infer that the Eye of Atamoni is already on its move.
Hugo: It will not be easy to put an end to it.

*Note: Though literally it's written as "this land", interpretively it's saying the Eye of Atamoni is there to bring damage upon the land which the Erthers are on. In other words, bring damage to the Erthers, but this is purely interpretive on my end so please feel free to make the call.
*The 3 lines of Chaltier, they are not in the same order as the original Japanese, but it should mean the same thing, I just arranged it in the order that English speakers would understand :)

Rutee(?): In that case, it's no longer peaceful, is it?
*Hugo: There is a reasonable amount of casualties as a result of that
*Hugo: The temple that lies north of Armeida is enshrouded in a state of high alert and it is being locked down at the moment
Hugo: Though we've sent the military over and most of the uprisings were surpressed successfully
Hugo: We've let the mastermind, High Priest Grebaum Banhalt*, as well as dozens of his henchmen escaped in the process
Hugo: ...Which a certain important item in the temple was hijacked
Leon: And that important item is?
Hugo: [It is important in the way that] it ties with the national secret
Hugo: I can tell you nothing more than that

*Note: I rearranged the order of these two lines said by Hugo
*Note: I am not sure about the romanization of his last name, and I've read that Grebaum is Lydon in the English version (?)

Hugo: And right now, you people are also the ones who can put a stop to Grebaum's commotion
Hugo: There is nothing we could do but to entrust this to you Swordian Masters
Hugo: ...[Hence] I am under the impression that this is something that only you people can do
Hugo: How goes your consideration?
Rutee: How...well um
Rutee: Though you've put in a certain amount of compliments on us, what you're saying is too much beyond our capabilities*
Rutee: This is not something we can just accept as the way it is
Stahn: Rutee!
Rutee: What, don't tell me you have the intention to do it?
Stahn: Well um...
Stahn: I don't know if it is okay for me to say what I want to say*

*Note: "What you're saying is too much beyond our capabilities" -or-> "what you're telling us to do is too much beyond our capabilities"; in the original sentence, she did not mention anything about capabilities, but the implication is there

Rutee: We weren't given an option to begin with anyway

Hugo: The bargain is established.

Rutee: Huh
Rutee: Urgh, that means...
Leon: Isn't this quite a scenario we have here
Stahn: Hey Rutee
Stahn: Why is it that the Hugo person seems to be greater than His Majesty?
Rutee: You...you don't know a thing about the "Oberon Corporation"!?
Rutee: It has to do with the high level energy technology that was being widespread in the last 20 years
Rutee: And the Oberon Corporation is the one which monopolizes the research and development in such field
Rutee: That person over there is the President of the said company! Thanks to the success brought upon by his corporation, he gained a national level of influence
Rutee: (And he's extremely wealthy too!)
Stahn: Wow~ I don't know much about it, but he is a heck of a person!
Leon: Can't you people be quiet!

Leon: Three of the Swordians are gathered here because of this one big event...

*Note: The original line, "渡りに船" is an idiom that comes from "法華経" (a buddhist scripture), which basically means, what one wants pratically falls into one's hand conveniently
