Here she is referring to how the reaction puns are usually based on Japanese words looking similar to each other. What she literally says is Coppe pan (Bread rolls) and Moto ni modoru (turn back to normal) don’t even share a syllable.

Unlike American teams, baseball teams in Japan generally have a corporate sponsor, so they are known by their city name and their brand name. For example, the Tokyo Yomiura Giants, or in this case, the Chiba Lotte Marines.
The story that he tells about the Lotte fan is a true story.
The Hanshin he refers to is the Hanshin Tigers, a baseball team based out of Hyougo in the Kansai area.

As I mentioned before, a lot of the jokes are based on word puns. This is one of those, the original pun is Coppe Pan to Lotte Fan. They sound kind of similar.

Matsushiro’s Explanation
Similarly to when Kuroyanagi was tricked into eating the bread, Matsushiro points out there is no bread that can completely wipe a person’s personality and make them evil. So by using a bread that makes them a Lotte fan, he is taking away the effect of evil by replacing it with a Lotte fan, thus returning them their original good personality (plus some jumping).
